Edge Hub runs where you produce: PDF preflight, imposition and the production queue stay local. It makes no outbound request before pairing — and Settings → Network egress shows you exactly which connections are open.
The installer is not code-signed yet, so public download is closed. Pilot print shops are onboarded with remote installation support.
Only Windows 10 and later is supported today. Edge Hub is not a designer workstation; it is the production machine next to the RIP.
macOS is deferred
The macOS lane has never run end to end, so it was pulled from the release. The criterion for reopening it is a paying customer request — your interest is recorded against that criterion.
Illustrative interface — not a screenshot.
The path from application to first job. Our target is five minutes from install to first preflight — a target we will measure with pilot data.
Leave your application. The pilot team sends you the installer and books a remote installation slot.
Edge Hub installs on a Windows 10 or later machine next to the RIP. We walk through the installation with you remotely.
Enter the pairing code shown on Edge Hub into your print-shop dashboard. After approval, orders flow into the production queue — and production keeps running if the connection drops.
Everything you need to run a modern print shop, right from the factory floor.
Structural scanning, colour-space and bleed measurement. We tell you what we found and show the evidence; we analyse without touching your file.
1-up, 2-up, 4-up and nested layouts, with sheet usage measured. Delivery to a DFE is a separate step, opened per organisation on field evidence.
Full production continues even without internet. Jobs sync automatically when connectivity returns.
Printer and DFE connections are pilot-scoped: each organisation is opened as field evidence accumulates. The lanes gathering evidence today are Fiery, SNMP monitoring and watched-folder (hotfolder) input.
Credentials are protected by Windows DPAPI and secrets live in the Stronghold vault; SSRF protection and rate-limited API access are in place. Without a TPM the app still starts and states that plainly.
Availability, performance and quality — once your device starts reporting. We do not produce numbers before the data arrives.
Every tier is free during the pilot. The table below shows capability scope, not a committed public price list.
