Order Tracking

The pilot has two tracking points:

• Before order creation: /tr/marketplace/track/[private-link]
• After order creation: /tr/dashboard/my-orders

Guest buyers receive the private tracking link by email. If they later sign up with the same email, they can continue from the request.

Status flow

1. Quote request opened
2. Approved producer quotes
3. Buyer chooses a quote
4. Order is created
5. Payment is confirmed
6. Print shop starts production
7. Order is delivered
8. Buyer closes the order

Print shop RFQs are handled from /tr/dashboard/print-shop/incoming-rfq.

Accepted jobs are handled from /tr/dashboard/print-shop/orders.
