Is it free to create an account?
Yes! You can sign up with your email or Google account for free. You only pay when you decide to upgrade for premium features or order physical prints.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and other secure payment methods handled by our payment processor.
How do you ensure print quality?
We generate industry-standard 300 DPI PDFs with proper bleed and crop marks. Our print partners (Kitapbastir and Peecho) use professional-grade digital offset presses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 100 countries via our partner Peecho. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I sell the designs I create?
Yes! If you are on a Commercial or Enterprise plan, you have full rights to sell the physical products you design on our platform.
What is your return policy?
Since each product is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will reprint it free of charge.
