Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form

1. Seller / service provider information
This distance sales agreement and pre-information form is prepared for order flows operated through the NowToPrint platform by NOWTOPRINT BASKI ÇÖZÜMLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD.ŞTİ (vergi dairesi: Üsküdar Vergi Dairesi, vergi no: 6321579148, merkez adres: Acıbadem Mahallesi Derin Sokak A Blok No: 8A İç Kapı No: 150, Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye). The buyer should review the selected product, producer, price, delivery, payment and return terms before confirming an order.
2. Pre-information form
The main characteristics of the product or service, including print type, quantity, size, material, color, finishing, delivery address, production lead time, shipping terms, total price, tax and additional services, are shown in the checkout or quote approval flow. The buyer is responsible for checking this information before payment.
3. Formation of the agreement
Submitting a request for quote does not by itself create an order. The agreement is formed when the buyer approves the selected quote or order scope, accepts the required agreement checkboxes, and completes payment or operational payment approval. NowToPrint provides marketplace infrastructure; seller or producer information may be shown per order depending on the selected transaction model.
4. Payment and secure transaction
When card payment is active, payment transactions are processed through iyzico secure payment infrastructure. The payment page displays SSL Certificate, Visa, MasterCard and iyzico ile Öde trust marks. In pilot flows where card payment is disabled, payment confirmation proceeds through manual operations approval.
5. Delivery
Delivery method, production lead time, shipping time, packaging and delivery address are determined according to the order scope. Custom print jobs depend on file/proof approval and producer capacity. Delivery details should be read together with the Delivery and Returns page and the order-specific quote information.
6. Right of withdrawal and exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. Products prepared according to the buyer request or personal needs, customized products, and print-to-order products may be subject to statutory withdrawal right exceptions. Cancellation requests before production are reviewed by operations according to order status.
7. Returns, defective products and support
Claims about defective, missing or non-conforming products should be sent to support within a reasonable time after delivery. Depending on review outcome, re-production, correction, return or refund options may apply. Requests can be submitted through support@nowtoprint.com or the contact page.
8. Disputes and notices
Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; kullanıcıların tüketici mevzuatı kapsamındaki zorunlu başvuru hakları ile görevli ve yetkili mercilere başvuru hakları saklıdır.
