Create and secure a NowToPrint account, then understand your assigned membership and activation state.
Account Setup
Create the person-level account first. Company, tax, team, package, and pricing decisions are deferred; onboarding contains no package purchase or self-service advanced-membership application.
Account checklist
- Register with your name, email, authentication method, and legal consent.
- Verify the email address.
- Choose how you use NowToPrint.
- Enroll a passkey now or later from Profile.
- Review the server-assigned membership and activation state.
- Sign in again after onboarding refreshes the security session.
- Complete business profile evidence when the dashboard requests it.
Access model
Print customers receive basic purchasing access immediately. Producer and supplier registrations start as candidates: they retain basic customer capabilities while production, quoting, publishing, and supplier authority remain closed. Agency/broker pilot capabilities also remain review-controlled.
Advanced memberships are platform-selected, invitation-based, time-bounded, and revocable. The platform may consider verified operating history, sufficient marketplace participation, quality and reliability, specialist print expertise, compliance, fraud/risk signals, and account security. It does not publish exact scores or thresholds, and users do not submit an application.
There is no recurring membership package price at launch. Transaction, service, logistics, payment/financing, and optional service fees can still apply and are disclosed in the relevant workflow.
Security
Passkey enrollment is optional during onboarding so unsupported devices are not blocked. Sensitive actions can still require a recently verified passkey. Profile remains the recovery path for later enrollment; account recovery revokes active sessions and requires secure re-enrollment.
Why must I sign in again?
Onboarding changes membership and policy context. NowToPrint revokes the setup session instead of continuing with stale claims. Fresh sign-in issues a session from current server-side facts and returns only to a validated local callback.
