Account Setup

Create the person-level account first. Company, tax, team, package, and pricing decisions are deferred; onboarding contains no package purchase or self-service advanced-membership application.

Account checklist

1. Register with your name, email, password and required legal acknowledgements.
2. Verify the email address.
3. Choose how you use NowToPrint.
4. Read the membership summary and any authentication prompts.
5. Review the server-assigned membership and activation state.
6. Wait for your session to refresh when setup finishes. You normally do not need to enter your password again.
7. Complete business profile evidence when the dashboard requests it.

Access model

Print customers receive basic purchasing access immediately. Print-producer registrations start as candidates: they retain basic customer capabilities while production, quoting, publishing, and supplier authority remain closed. Agency/broker pilot capabilities also remain review-controlled. Separate material/equipment vendor self-service registration is closed.

Advanced memberships are platform-selected, invitation-based, time-bounded, and revocable. The platform may consider verified operating history, sufficient marketplace participation, quality and reliability, specialist print expertise, compliance, fraud/risk signals, and account security. It does not publish exact scores or thresholds, and users do not submit an application.

There is no recurring membership package price at launch. Transaction, service, logistics, payment/financing, and optional service fees can still apply and are disclosed in the relevant workflow.

Security

MFA is disabled in the current launch configuration; onboarding and Profile do not mount passkey enrollment or management cards. Sensitive business actions require sufficiently recent primary sign-in. Follow any reauthentication prompt: refreshing a page or session does not renew credential authentication time. Stricter-policy operations and account recovery retain their separate security requirements.

What happens after setup?

NowToPrint refreshes your session to reflect your account type and current membership. You normally do not need to enter your password again. If a temporary connection problem interrupts this step, choose Try again. You may be asked to sign in if your identity can no longer be verified; you do not need to create another account.
