You can transparently track your order's journey from production through to delivery.

Order Stages

Your order passes through the following stages, and you are notified at each one (via email and dashboard notification).

Stage	Description
Order Confirmed	Payment received and order queued for production.
Pre-Press	Files are being checked (preflight) and print plates prepared.
Printing	Your product is being printed.
Finishing / Cutting	Post-press operations (cutting, lamination, binding) underway.
Quality Control	Production complete; quality specialists inspecting the product.
Shipped	Product packaged and handed over to the courier. Tracking number provided.
Delivered	Order has reached you.

Cancellation Policy

After production has begun (the "Printing" stage), cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. See the Cancellation Policy page for details.

Dashboard: Go to the "My Orders" page from the top menu.
Timeline: Click the relevant order and follow live updates in the "Timeline" section on the detail page.
Tracking Code: Use the 6-digit code provided (e.g. PNR-123456) to query your order from the home page without logging in.
