Order Notifications
You are informed at every key step related to your order process.
Order Status
- Order Received: Payment confirmation and order number
- Pre-Review Started: File check in progress
- File Issues: Technical problems requiring correction
- File Approved: Ready for production
- Production Started: Entered the print process
- Packaged: Prepared for shipping
- Shipped: Tracking number and details
- Out for Delivery: Courier en route
- Delivered: Delivery complete
Every order notification includes the order number and status details. You can view your full notification history on the "My Orders" page.
RFQ (Quote Requests)
- New Quote Received: Someone submitted a bid on your RFQ
- Quote Updated: An existing quote has been revised
- ⏰ RFQ Expiring Soon: Closes within 24 hours
- RFQ Accepted: Your selected quote has been confirmed
- RFQ Rejected: Your quote was not accepted
- RFQ Cancelled: The quote request has been cancelled

Collaboration
- New Comment: Someone commented on your design
- Shared: Your design was shared with someone else
- Edit Made: A collaborator made a change
- Permission Changed: Your sharing permissions were updated
Marketplace Notifications
First-live marketplace notifications focus on events that require customer trust, supplier action, or operations follow-up.
Buyer notifications
- RFQ Received: Your quote request was created and published.
- Quote Received: A supplier submitted a quote.
- Quote Updated: A supplier revised a quote before acceptance.
- Order Created: Your accepted quote became an order.
- File Waiting: Production files are missing or not ready yet.
- Manual Payment Status: Operations confirmed or rejected payment evidence.
- Cancellation Request: A request was created, approved, or rejected.
- Order Completed: The first-live order was marked complete.
Supplier and operations notifications
- New Quote Opportunity: A visible RFQ can receive supplier quotes.
- Quote Window Closed: The supplier quote window has ended.
- Payment or File Hold: Production must not start until the gate is cleared.
- Support Case Created: A contact/support request was stored with RFQ, order, or tracking context when available.
Retail catalogue alerts and automated checkout lifecycle messages are outside the first-live marketplace scope.

Payment and Invoice Notifications
Financial notifications in the first-live marketplace pilot are manual-operation signals.
Payments
- Payment Evidence Received: Operations can review the submitted payment context.
- Payment Confirmed: Manual payment, open-account, or corporate terms were approved.
- Payment Rejected: Operations could not approve the payment evidence.
- Refund Follow-up Needed: If an approved cancellation requires money movement, operations handle it manually.
Invoices
- Invoice Ready: Invoice or billing document was prepared.
- Invoice Emailed: Invoice was sent to your email address.
- Payment Reminder: Invoice due date is approaching.
- Invoice Paid: Payment was marked complete.
First-live payment notifications do not promise an automated checkout, gateway dispute, or instant refund flow.
Notification Priorities
Notifications are classified by level of importance:
