Print Buyer and Producer Memberships

NOWtoPRINT memberships are not monthly or annual packages for purchase. No recurring subscription fee is charged for a membership level. Transaction, payment, logistics, advertising, verification, special-tool or extra-quota fees may still apply and are shown before the related commitment.

Print Buyer

People and organizations purchasing print services can register directly without platform approval.

Producer verification

An organization that wants to sell print services first becomes a producer candidate. Candidate status is a verification lifecycle state, not a package. Producer quoting and public profile access remain closed until verification.

A successful review grants the Verified Producer base. It does not require buying a subscription.

Expert and Strategic Producer

Applications are not accepted for these levels. The platform may send a time-limited invitation to an eligible Verified Producer, and the level does not activate until the invitation is accepted.

Evaluation categories may include verified tenure, quote and delivery performance, customer quality, verified production expertise, disputes, cancellations, security and contractual compliance, capacity, geographic coverage and platform needs.

Exact scores, thresholds and weights remain private. Automated evaluation only creates a time-limited recommendation; it cannot grant access. Two separate authorized platform reviewers must propose and approve the invitation, and the producer must accept it before activation. The independent approval binds one producer user. That user has at most 14 days to accept or decline; acceptance does not start access before the stated grant start time.

Expiry

Expert and Strategic memberships are not indefinite. They are reviewed at expiry and may be renewed, fall back to Verified Producer, or be suspended. The runtime checks the finite grant window on every access decision, so advanced access closes at the end time even if a background expiry job is delayed. It may also be revoked earlier for security, quality or contractual breaches. Every renewal creates a new immutable grant stream bound to a fresh evaluation; a terminal stream cannot be reopened.

Responding to an invitation

Profile shows only invitations bound to the signed-in producer identity. The producer can accept or decline there before the response deadline. Both actions require fresh passkey verification; an invitation, session, package label, or TOTP code cannot activate authority by itself.

A decline requires a short reason. Acceptance remains subject to the stated start and expiry window, current policy, independent approval, suspension, and revocation controls.

Correcting evaluation data

The Profile page shows whether a completed producer eligibility evaluation is available and its review window. It never exposes the recommendation outcome, exact score, threshold, policy digest, recommendation identifier, fraud signal, or another tenant's data.

If source data or evidence is wrong, choose Request data correction and provide:

• one correction category;
• a factual explanation of at least 20 characters;
• optional safe document or support references, one per line.

This is a data-correction and redress channel, not an advanced-membership application. The request is bound on the server to the signed-in producer identity, active organization, and latest recorded evaluation. A correction remains non-authoritative while a human reviews it; it cannot create an invitation, recommendation, membership grant, or access right.

The same Profile card shows the latest request as Submitted, Under human review, Resolved, or Not accepted. After a terminal decision it may show the public outcome written for the producer. It never shows the reviewer identity, internal decision reason, hidden score, threshold, policy digest, or evidence hash. The person who submitted the request cannot review it, and every state change is version-checked and audited atomically.
