The print-order filename helper uses text patterns to suggest fields. It is a deterministic parser, not an AI inspection of the PDF's contents. A suggested value is not a verified order requirement.

Recognised examples

For katalog_a4_kuşe_300gr_500adet.pdf, the parser can suggest catalogue, A4, coated paper, 300 g/m² and quantity 500. It recognises named sizes A3, A4, A5, A6 and B5. A two- or three-digit pair such as 21x29 is interpreted as centimetres, so check units carefully.

Quantity patterns include 500adet, 500ad, 500pcs and x500. Do not assume 500copies or 500x has the same meaning. Paper weight uses a two- or three-digit number followed by gr, such as 300gr; 300gsm is not that pattern. Paper, binding and lamination suggestions use the parser's specific vocabulary, including Turkish terms; they are not a general multilingual specification reader.

Confirm before submitting

  • Review each suggested field against the actual specification and artwork.
  • Supply missing fields yourself. An unknown field should remain unknown until confirmed.
  • Correct false matches: ordinary words and dimensions can accidentally match patterns.
  • For several filenames, the helper chooses the result with the most recognised fields; it does not reconcile conflicting requirements across files.

The displayed field coverage describes how many of six target fields were found. It is not an accuracy percentage or confidence score. Finding all six fields does not prove that any of them is correct. Lamination can be suggested separately without increasing that six-field ratio.

For measurements from the PDF itself, use preflight and read the report's scope. Filename suggestions do not replace that report.
