How does AI Quote work?
You describe the job in plain language. NowToPrint turns the brief into structured print specifications, highlights missing technical details, and prepares the RFQ so suppliers can quote on the same scope.
Which files do I need?
You can start with a written brief. If you already have artwork, a PDF helps the preflight layer check size, bleed, fonts, color intent, and production readiness before the RFQ is sent.
What does PDF Analysis do?
PDF Analysis checks whether a file is ready to support a quote and production handoff. It looks for common prepress risks such as missing bleed, low image resolution, font issues, and color profile problems.
Why do preflight and imposition matter?
Preflight reduces surprises before a producer quotes or produces the job. Imposition planning helps align pages, folds, trim, and production layout with the intended print process.
How do producer offers arrive?
After the RFQ is created, matched suppliers can review the technical scope and respond with private offers. You compare offer details, production fit, lead time, and delivery assumptions before choosing.
Are suppliers verified?
Supplier onboarding is being prepared for launch. Public pages avoid unverified supplier counts or rating claims; supplier fit is handled through category, capability, location, and RFQ details.
How do payment, invoice, VAT, refunds, and disputes work?
Commercial flows are being finalized for launch. The intended flow separates quote, order confirmation, payment, invoice, refund, and dispute handling so buyer and supplier responsibilities stay clear.
Do custom print jobs have refund or cancellation rights?
Custom or buyer-specific print jobs may have different refund and cancellation conditions than standard products. The final terms should be shown in the supplier offer and pre-order information.
How is personal data processed?
NowToPrint processes account, contact, RFQ, file analysis, and security data for the purposes and legal bases described in the privacy notice. Non-essential cookies and marketing communications should use separate preference or consent controls.
How are shipping and lead time decided?
Shipping and lead time depend on the job, supplier location, buyer location, production method, quantity, destination, and selected delivery service. These details belong in the RFQ and final supplier offer.
