By accessing or using Now to Print, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You are responsible for the content you create and print. You agree not to use our services to create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. User Content & IP

You retain full ownership of the designs you create on Now to Print. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and print your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

4. Printing & Shipping

We work with third-party print partners (Kitapbastir.com and Peecho) to fulfill orders. While we strive for the highest quality, slight variations in color and trim may occur. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Now to Print is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
