Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Parties and role of the platform
These Terms of Service govern use of the NowToPrint platform operated by NOWTOPRINT BASKI ÇÖZÜMLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD.ŞTİ (vergi dairesi: Üsküdar Vergi Dairesi, vergi no: 6321579148, merkez adres: Acıbadem Mahallesi Derin Sokak A Blok No: 8A İç Kapı No: 150, Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye). All natural and legal persons visiting the platform, creating an account, submitting a request for quote, quoting as a producer, or joining an order flow are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. NowToPrint as a marketplace
NowToPrint is a marketplace platform that connects print-service buyers with print producers through AI-assisted tools. NowToPrint does not act as a producer or seller and is not a party to the contract between buyer and producer. The platform provides RFQ creation, producer matching, offer comparison and communication infrastructure; however, it cannot be held directly responsible for the quality of produced goods, delivery times or producer commitments.
3. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided when creating an RFQ (technical specifications, quantities, files, delivery information). The buyer represents and warrants that it holds the intellectual property rights to, or is duly authorised to use, all files uploaded. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the offer details, production conditions and delivery terms before confirming an order. NowToPrint shall not be held liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Producer responsibilities
The producer is responsible for the accuracy of the capacity, capability and production information it presents on the platform. It is the producer's obligation to complete accepted orders in accordance with the specified technical requirements, quality standards and delivery schedules. The producer represents that it possesses the technical equipment and capacity required to fulfil the jobs for which it submits offers. The producer is obliged to inform the buyer and the platform immediately of any delays or quality issues arising during production.
5. Nature of Smart RFQ and RFQ tools
Smart RFQ generates estimated price ranges and structured quote requests based on information provided by the buyer. These estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer; the final price and conditions are determined in the producer's formal quotation. RFQ tools are provided to facilitate the quotation process; the buyer is responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submitting an RFQ. NowToPrint shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in automated outputs.
6. Scope of PDF preflight and preflight results
The PDF preflight service automatically evaluates uploaded files for print-production readiness and reports potential prepress issues such as missing bleed, low resolution, font problems and colour-profile mismatches. This analysis is an assistive tool and does not replace a professional prepress check (preflight). The analysis results are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee the full suitability of the file for print production. Final file approval and print-readiness assessment must be agreed separately between the buyer and the producer.
7. Quotation, order confirmation and formation of contract
The buyer's submission of an RFQ constitutes an invitation to treat. The producer's submission of an offer constitutes an offer, and the buyer's acceptance of that offer constitutes acceptance; the contract is formed between the buyer and the producer upon such acceptance. NowToPrint is not a party to the contract and solely provides the technical infrastructure of the platform. The contract formed between the parties following order confirmation is binding under the conditions set out in the relevant offer.
8. Pricing, payment, invoicing and VAT
Prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment conditions are subject to the terms specified in the producer's offer, and payment processes are conducted via the infrastructure provided by the platform. The obligation to issue invoices rests with the producer as the contracting party. In cross-border transactions, the applicable VAT treatment is determined by the tax legislation of the countries in which the buyer and producer are located; the parties are responsible for fulfilling their own tax obligations.
9. Delivery, production time and transfer of risk
Production time and delivery conditions are determined in accordance with the terms specified in the producer's offer and may vary depending on the scope of work, production method, quantity, destination and selected shipping service. The risk of damage and loss passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider, unless otherwise specified in the producer's offer. Disputes arising from delivery delays shall be resolved between the parties in the first instance. NowToPrint may provide tools to assist with delivery tracking but does not assume logistical responsibility.
10. Cancellation, returns, defective work and disputes
Order cancellation is assessed in accordance with the producer's cancellation policy, subject to the stage of the production process. Where the delivered product does not conform to the technical specifications or order conditions, the buyer must notify the producer and the platform in writing within a reasonable period following the delivery date. In claims of defective work, the burden of proof and the resolution process are governed by the applicable legislation and the warranty conditions set out in the producer's offer. NowToPrint may offer mediation support in disputes between the parties but is not the final decision-making authority.
11. Files, designs and intellectual property rights
Intellectual property rights in files and designs uploaded to the platform by the buyer remain with the buyer. NowToPrint processes uploaded files solely for the purpose of providing the RFQ process, PDF preflight and producer-matching services; such files are not used for any other purpose or shared with third parties. The producer may use the files communicated to it solely within the scope of the relevant order; use or reproduction outside the order scope is prohibited. The party uploading the file is responsible for any intellectual property infringement claims.
12. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to create content or orders through the platform that are unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing on third-party rights. Opening an account with false information, manipulating the platform, using automated bots or scrapers, engaging in activities harmful to other users and attempting to compromise the platform's security are strictly prohibited. NowToPrint reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who breach these rules without prior notice.
13. Account security
Users are responsible for the security of their account information and login credentials. Sharing account credentials with third parties or use by multiple persons is prohibited; the account holder shall be held liable for all transactions in such cases. Users must notify the platform immediately in the event of suspected unauthorised access. NowToPrint may temporarily suspend accounts as a protective measure upon detection of a security breach.
14. Beta, preview and pre-launch status
The platform or specific features thereof may be offered in beta, preview or early-access form. Features at this stage are not final releases and may contain errors, exhibit performance differences, or be modified or removed without prior notice. Beta and preview services are provided on an "as is" basis and no warranties are given in respect of such services. By using beta features, users are deemed to have accepted these limitations.
15. Third-party services
Platform requests and support inquiries can be submitted through the NowToPrint contact page or support@nowtoprint.com. Formal written notices may be sent to the company postal address: Acıbadem Mahallesi Derin Sokak A Blok No: 8A İç Kapı No: 150, Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye.
16. Limitation of liability
NowToPrint's total liability arising from the use of the platform is limited to the service fee paid to the platform for the relevant transaction. NowToPrint shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business or consequential damages. In disputes arising from the contract between the producer and the buyer, NowToPrint's liability is limited to the duty of reasonable care required by its intermediary function. These limitations apply subject to the reservation of liability in cases of intent and gross negligence, and liability that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Service modifications and suspension
NowToPrint reserves the right to modify the features, functionality and pricing of the platform upon prior notice. Scheduled maintenance shall be announced in advance where possible. In the event of a security threat, legal requirement or technical emergency, the service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the service, users will be notified within a reasonable period and provided with the opportunity to export their data.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights and competent authority applications available under applicable consumer legislation remain reserved.
19. Contact
