Print Readiness Passport
Passport gathers preflight measurements, technical observations, and approval checklists in one place. The goal is to build an honest production evidence chain rather than applying destructive automatic edits.
Status
Preparation summary active
What does the passport provide?
Passport shows the customer what to do next, details what technical evidence is shared with the supplier, and determines the subsequent platform actions.
Supplier
Receives measured findings, interpretive warnings, and notes on the tool's limits in one package to accelerate file approval.
Platform
Integrates preparation reports into quote requests, supplier proof reviews, and order-readiness check gates.
What the passport surfaces
- Print measurements: Bleed area, font embedding status, image resolution (PPI), and color intent.
- Interpretations and limits: Safely reported alerts and technical boundary notes without altering design content.
- Approval checklist: Supplier reviews, customer confirmations, file updates, or quote request handoff actions.
- Clear technical reporting: findings are shown as they are, and nothing in your file is changed automatically.
- Measured vs preview isolation: Strict separation of actual measurements from simulated preview estimates.
The flow continues even without a passport
