Order Tracking and Statuses

You can transparently track your order's journey from production through to delivery.

Order Stages

Your order passes through the following stages, and you are notified at each one (via email and dashboard notification).

StageDescription
Order ConfirmedPayment received and order queued for production.
Pre-PressFiles are being checked (preflight) and print plates prepared.
PrintingYour product is being printed.
Finishing / CuttingPost-press operations (cutting, lamination, binding) underway.
Quality ControlProduction complete; quality specialists inspecting the product.
ShippedProduct packaged and handed over to the courier. Tracking number provided.
DeliveredOrder has reached you.

Cancellation Policy

After production has begun (the "Printing" stage), cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. See the Cancellation Policy page for details.

How Do I Track My Order?

  1. Dashboard: Go to the "My Orders" page from the top menu.
  2. Timeline: Click the relevant order and follow live updates in the "Timeline" section on the detail page.
  3. Tracking Code: Use the 6-digit code provided (e.g. PNR-123456) to query your order from the home page without logging in.
