Learn how to place your first print order step by step. This guide covers the entire process from design to delivery.
Order Process
Step 1: Create Your Design
Choose one of two paths:
Option A: Use a Template
Click the Templates section in the main menu.
Choose from business card, flyer, brochure, or poster categories.
Edit the text, colours, and images to match your needs.
Option B: Upload a PDF
Upload a file prepared in a professional design application (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva).
Important: Before uploading a PDF, check the print requirements document.
Step 2: Product and Options
After completing your design, set your print options:
Paper Options

| Coated Gloss | 135–350 gsm | Posters, flyers |
| Board | 300–400 gsm | Business cards, invitations |
| Kraft | 120–300 gsm | Natural look |
Print Options
- Single-Sided / Double-Sided: Which sides to print
- Colour: Full Colour (CMYK) or Black & White
- Finishing: Matt lamination, gloss lamination, UV varnish
Cutting & Binding
- Straight Cut: Standard rectangle
- Custom Cut: Rounded corners, custom shape
- Binding: Staple, perfect bound, spiral
Step 3: Preview and Check
Before placing your order, always check the Print Preview screen:
Checklist:

□ No spelling errors?
□ Do images look sharp?
□ Is any important content outside the trim area?
□ Is colour mode CMYK?
□ Is the resolution sufficient? (min. 300 DPI)
Warning: Once approved, the design cannot be changed. Check carefully.
Step 4: Payment Confirmation
Payment Methods

| Bank Transfer | Confirmed manually by operations before production |
| Open Account | Available for approved corporate customers with agreed terms |
| Manual Approval | NowToPrint operations checks payment status before the order moves to production |
Card payment and escrow are not included in the live pilot.
Invoice
When the order is complete, an e-invoice is automatically sent to your email address. You can edit your billing information under Settings → Billing.
Step 5: Delivery Tracking
You can track the status of your order on the My Orders page:

| In Production | In the production process |
| Ready | Packaging stage |
| Shipped | Handed to the courier |
| Delivered | Delivered to the customer |
Delivery Times

| Flyer | 3–5 business days | 1–2 business days |
| Brochure | 5–7 business days | 2–3 business days |
| Book/Catalogue | 7–10 business days | 3–5 business days |
