How buyers and print shops track a request from quote to delivery in the live pilot.

Order Tracking
The pilot has two tracking points:
- Before order creation:
/tr/marketplace/track/[private-link] - After order creation:
/tr/dashboard/my-orders
Guest buyers receive the private tracking link by email. If they later sign up with the same email, they can continue from the request.
Status flow
- Quote request opened
- Approved producer quotes
- Buyer chooses a quote
- Order is created
- Payment is confirmed
- Print shop starts production
- Order is delivered
- Buyer closes the order
Print shop RFQs are handled from /tr/dashboard/print-shop/incoming-rfq.
Accepted jobs are handled from /tr/dashboard/print-shop/orders.
