Supplier RFQ email
When a published RFQ matches an eligible supplier, the supplier receives a dedicated Review and Quote email. It contains no price or another supplier's private data; the call to action leads to the supplier's authorized incoming-RFQ dashboard.
A material RFQ amendment is queued under a separate notification purpose, so suppliers receive the new revision. Redelivery of the same publication or the same revision is deduplicated, preventing transient mail failures from causing duplicate messages without dropping meaningful changes.

Delivery Reliability
When an order or RFQ mutation succeeds, its notification event is persisted with the same transaction. The system retries temporary channel failures with safe backoff. A notification may be delayed, but the committed marketplace operation is not rolled back.
The immutable event can be delivered more than once after a publish-before-ack failure. The notification queue deduplicates by business purpose, recipient, and RFQ revision. If a delay continues, do not recreate the operation. Send support the operation time and the reference visible in the product; do not include private payload data.
