Status Descriptions

Status	Description
Received	Order entered the system; NowToPrint, the print shop, or you may act next
Completed	Delivery is complete and the order is closed
Cancelled	Cancellation was approved

File waiting, proof approval, payment review, preparation hold, and cancellation request are shown as short callouts when they require attention. They are not shown as separate production stages to buyers during the first live release.

Delivery Date Rule

The quote duration is an estimate until the order is production-ready. If customer files are missing or still in review, NowToPrint does not show that estimate as a committed delivery date. Once the files, preflight, payment, and required production information are ready, the delivery date is calculated from that readiness time.
