Print Shop Approval and Supplier Access
In the live pilot, registration is not enough to quote.
A print shop can see RFQs and submit quotes only after an admin approves it as an approved producer.
Supplier approval is not Enterprise-only in the pilot. A Starter print shop can join the approved producer queue, but quote access still requires admin approval.
Approval required
A print shop that is not an approved producer cannot quote, even if its user account and organization already exist.
Access states

| Approved producer | Role and access are active | Yes |
| Suspended or rejected | Access is closed | No |
