Pricing Plans

How NowToPrint packages are staged for launch and what each package currently unlocks.

docs2 min readReviewed Apr 16, 2026

Pricing Plans

NowToPrint uses a staged commercial model. We keep all four packages visible, but we do not open every package for self-serve purchase on day one.

The current launch motion is:

  • Free: live
  • Starter: live with onboarding / access request
  • Pro: listed, but currently waitlist / pilot
  • Enterprise: listed, but contact sales

Why plans can be visible before they are self-serve

Some capabilities are already modelled in the platform but are still being hardened for launch. In those cases you may see a package or feature listed with a state such as Waitlist, Pilot, Coming soon or Contact sales.

What is live today

Free

  • Basic marketplace discovery
  • Eligible RFQ creation flows
  • Quote comparison
  • Order tracking

Starter

  • Current live supplier onboarding
  • Manual quote participation
  • Core supplier workflow controls
  • Basic prepress / trust workflows that are marked live for the package

What is listed but not self-serve yet

Pro

Pro remains visible because it is the intended growth tier, but it is currently handled as a pilot / waitlist package rather than an open checkout tier.

Enterprise

Enterprise is sales-led. It is the right path for API-led integrations, SSO, governance and white-label rollout.
