The platform embraces the "Business to Business to Consumer" model. Three primary actors participate in this model:

1. Platform (NowToPrint)

Manages the technology infrastructure, payment systems, design tools, and the marketplace itself. Acts as the trust authority.

2. Suppliers (Print Shops)

Professional print shops that join the platform as Tenants. They can open their own storefronts, manage their price lists, and fulfil incoming jobs (routed via Smart Order Routing).

3. Customers (Creators & Clients)

Designers, corporate clients, or individual users. They use the Design Studio tools to create print-ready files and obtain services from the most competitive print shop.

Modular Scalability
