Current authority boundary (2026): Direct billing/package grant mutation returns HTTP 410 with DIRECT_GRANT_MUTATION_RETIRED. Advanced producer access is issued only through /api/admin/iam/membership-grants/propose, /approve, and /revoke, respectively, with two-person review, eligibility evidence, a mandatory Idempotency-Key, and a time-boxed grant. The former multi-command endpoint returns 410 Gone. Manual/offline billing fields below are historical migration and commercial evidence only; they are not membership authority.

Membership and Entitlements

NowToPrint does not sell Free, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise access as recurring public packages. There is no recurring membership fee at launch. Other fees may apply to transactions, services, logistics, payment or financing, verification, advertising, additional tools, quotas, or optional services; the relevant workflow discloses them before commitment.

Starting access

• Print Customer: immediate basic purchasing access without platform approval.
• Producer Candidate: basic customer access while quoting, publishing, public visibility, invoicing, and producer operations remain closed pending verification.

Advanced producer membership

Expert and Strategic Producer access has no application form and cannot be bought. A server-side evaluation may create a recommendation, but only an independent human review can lead to a platform invitation. The producer must accept it before activation.

Every advanced grant is time-limited, tenant-bound, and revocable. Exact scores, weights, thresholds, anti-abuse signals, and selection timing remain private. Evaluation categories can include operating history, participation, quality, expertise, trust, compliance, capacity, and platform needs.

An invitation or visible membership label never bypasses authorization policy. Sensitive operations may require a recently user-verified passkey.

Marketplace purchase authorization

Creating an order from an accepted quote is authorized on the server before the request body is processed or an idempotency claim is created. The organization-scoped decision uses the signed-in user's canonical membership, the currently published package matrix, and rollout targeting. It also requires current billing evidence when the selected capability policy is paid; basic Free/live quote acceptance does not invent a billing requirement. Missing or unreadable evidence required by the applicable policy denies the operation. The order transaction separately verifies the actual quote and RFQ tenant and ownership; a package or membership label displayed in the interface is never sufficient by itself.
