Membership and Entitlements

Current authority boundary (2026): For an admitted, authorized request, the former multi-command membership-grant endpoint returns HTTP 410 with MEMBERSHIP_GRANT_DYNAMIC_POLICY_ENDPOINT_RETIRED. Its replacements are /api/admin/iam/membership-grants/propose, /approve and /revoke. Proposal and independent approval govern the invitation; producer acceptance and the finite validity window still apply. Legacy billing or package labels are not membership authority.

NowToPrint does not sell Free, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise access as recurring public packages. There is no recurring membership fee at launch. Other fees may apply to transactions, services, logistics, payment or financing, verification, advertising, additional tools, quotas, or optional services; the relevant workflow discloses them before commitment.

Starting access

• Print Customer: immediate basic purchasing access without platform approval.
• Producer Candidate: basic customer access while quoting, publishing, public visibility, invoicing, and producer operations remain closed pending verification.

Advanced producer membership

Expert and Strategic Producer access has no application form and cannot be bought. A server-side evaluation may create a recommendation, but only an independent human review can lead to a platform invitation. The producer must accept it before activation.

Every advanced grant is time-limited, tenant-bound, and revocable. Exact scores, weights, thresholds, anti-abuse signals, and selection timing remain private. Evaluation categories can include operating history, participation, quality, expertise, trust, compliance, capacity, and platform needs.

An invitation or visible membership label never bypasses authorization policy. Sensitive operations may require fresh authentication under the current policy. The current launch profile uses a recent primary sign-in; stricter profiles can require stronger verification. A label or purchase does not replace authorization for the action.

Marketplace purchase authorization

Turning a quote into an order is checked on the server against current membership, organisation, resource ownership and action policy. Missing, stale or foreign-organisation evidence does not open access. An applicable paid capability policy can require billing evidence; basic buyer access does not mean every operation requires payment evidence. A membership or package label shown in the interface is never sufficient by itself.
