Platform Guide and Architecture
Choose the right guide for print requests, orders, PDF preparation and access.
Print requests, quote comparison, orders and PDF preparation are related workflows with distinct approval points. Use this map to choose a guide; a module name alone does not promise access or automatic execution.
Illustrative example; it does not prove current data, button positions or availability of every module.
Ecosystem Map
- Describe your print requirements in an RFQ.
- Distinguish the platform reference estimate from supplier quotes and compare eligible offers.
- Check scope, currency, validity and delivery terms before creating an order from the selected quote.
- Complete file, proof and payment conditions. An authorized producer advances production stages.
- Follow delivery and any dispute in the related order record.
Module Matrix
| Area | Purpose | Condition to check |
|---|---|---|
| Marketplace | RFQs and offer comparison | A match does not guarantee a quote, stock or delivery. |
| Print Shop | Quotes, orders and organisation operations | Producer verification and permission for the action apply. |
| PDF Studio | Inspection, editing, preparation and imposition | Check the profile, scope, file and tool capabilities. |
| CRM and reports | Review customer and operational information | Example data is not a completed transaction or live report. |
| API and integration | Connect supported interfaces | Authentication, scope, endpoint availability and current schemas apply. |
Legacy canvas-editor, template and VDP surfaces are disabled for launch. Legacy Supplier Pack or package labels do not replace canonical producer authority. Request handling, stock deductions, scheduling and ERP dispatch are not automatically completed on every screen.
Creative Studio & Prepress
This older editor illustration is not evidence of the current PDF Studio interface or an available design editor.
Why Studio Matters
In PDF Studio, load the file and read the selected inspection's profile and coverage. Review findings and undecided checks. Where necessary, correct the source or review an offered edit, then inspect the new output. 300 DPI, 3 mm or 40+ checks are not fixed acceptance rules for every job. A local preparation result is not customer approval, payment or a signed production decision.
Data Security and Infrastructure
Use the correct account and organisation. Server actions check identity, ownership and current policy. A critical action may ask you to sign in again. Not every PDF tool uploads files; sharing and server runs have their own retention and access conditions.
Do not assume simultaneous live updates across Dashboard, notifications and reports. Check the relevant record for current status; a missing message does not mean the operation failed.
Next Steps
A production readiness signal must be interpreted within its profile and evidence scope; it is not production approval by itself.
