NowToPrint includes an AI-powered assistant that analyses your uploaded files and fills in the order form on your behalf.

How Does It Work?

Simply drag and drop your PDF file — Smart Prepress handles the rest. It automatically detects print specifications from your file name.

Supported Formats

We automatically recognise the following naming conventions:

[!TIP] Tip: If you save your files in the format ClientName_Product_Quantity_Spec.pdf (e.g. AtlasConstruction_BusinessCard_1000copies_350gsm.pdf), our system will operate with 100% accuracy.

Manual Editing

You can manually change any automatically populated values at any time in the wizard screen. If the system makes an error, use the "Undo" option to return to the default settings.
