Creating an Account
Registration Methods
You can sign up for NowToPrint in three ways:

| Full control, use a company address | Business accounts | |
| One-click sign-in, no password required | Personal use | |
| Microsoft | Office 365 integration | Enterprise teams |
For company accounts, use your corporate email address. This makes it easy to add team members under the same organisation later.
Registration Steps
Go to nowtoprint.com/register.
- First and last name
- Email address
- Password (minimum 8 characters, at least 1 number)
Click the verification link in your inbox. If the email does not arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.
A profile-setup wizard will guide you through the remaining steps on your first login.
Profile Information
Basic Details
Go to Settings → Profile in the dashboard to update:
- Display Name: Shown to team members and on invoices
- Profile Photo: Used as your avatar throughout the platform
- Phone Number: Required for order SMS notifications (optional)
- Time Zone: Used for scheduling notification delivery
Billing Details
The following are required to place an order:
Company or Individual Name
Tax Office and Tax Number (Business)
National ID Number (Individual)
Billing Address
City and Postal CodeOrders cannot be placed until billing details are complete. Fill these in before your first order.
Security Settings
Password Policy
A strong password should have:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (recommended)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA to protect your account:
Open the Security section from the dashboard.
Toggle "Two-Factor Authentication" on.
Use Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator to scan the displayed QR code.
Store the backup codes in a safe place in case you lose access to your phone.
Notification Preferences
Customise which notifications you receive:

| Delivery Notifications | On | Shipping and tracking updates |
| Marketing Emails | Off | Promotions and discounts |
| Product Updates | On | New feature announcements |
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm by entering your password
Account deletion cannot be undone. All your designs and order history will be permanently removed.
