Create your NowToPrint account, verify your email, and complete the dashboard activation steps.
Account Setup
The first signup screen is intentionally simple. It asks for the person who will use the platform, not for company, package, team, or procurement details. Those decisions move to onboarding or later activation steps, depending on account type.

Company name, tax information, address, logo, usage type, package, and team questions are not part of the first signup screen.
Email verification
After signup, NowToPrint sends a verification email and shows the verification state in the dashboard.
- If delivery succeeds, open the verification link.
- If the email does not arrive, use the resend action in the dashboard.
- If the provider fails temporarily, the account remains created; only verification remains incomplete.
Verified email is required for marketplace publishing, producer/supplier activation, platform role activation, and high-risk admin operations.
First onboarding
Onboarding asks one user-facing question: "How will you use NowToPrint?"

Individual customers may enter the dashboard with a temporary workspace name from their personal profile. Corporate customers, print producers, and suppliers must complete company/business profile information during onboarding before activation is marked complete.
Activation timeline
The dashboard shows a plain activation timeline:
- Account created
- Email verification
- Usage type
- Profile details
- Platform approval
- Package status
Individual and corporate customers can enter the dashboard without platform approval. Agency / Broker, Print Shop / Producer, and Supplier accounts stay limited until platform approval is complete.

Free, Starter, and Pro do not allow a second active user or a second pending invite. Multi-user workflows belong to the Enterprise/Kurumsal future package.
Profile details
Individual and agency accounts may defer company name, tax information, address, logo, and invoice details until a later activation step. Corporate customer, print producer, and supplier accounts must complete company/business profile information during onboarding; producer and supplier accounts also need platform approval before operational access.
