Platform Overview

Learn about the core components and navigation of the NowToPrint platform. This guide will help you find your way around quickly.

NowToPrint connects print requirements, quotes, orders and PDF preparation. Use this guide to find the current surfaces and distinguish account identity, workspace context and access approval.

New Infrastructure Features

The application has English, Turkish, German, French, Russian and Arabic locale resources. Publication and translation completeness can differ; switching language does not itself change a quoted currency or commercial terms. Server-rendered pages can still load, fail or require a retry. The interface does not provide an external security certification or a guarantee of zero loading time.

Dashboard

After verified onboarding and session refresh, open Dashboard. The available sections depend on personal/organization context and the current access state.

Dashboard context My requests My orders PDF Tools Profile and preferences Producer workspace when permitted

This diagram is a navigation illustration, not a screenshot or a fixed KPI specification.

Quick Stats

Read the labels, time range and availability shown on each card. A missing or unavailable metric is not zero. Do not assume every dashboard displays pending designs, all-time spend or the same statistics in every context. Quick actions link to quote requests, My Requests, My Orders and preflight.

Home

Return to the Dashboard for the selected context. A workspace change refreshes that destination; the server still verifies membership and permissions.

My Documents

The current personal sidebar uses My Requests at My RFQs. Legacy document and page-manager routes redirect to requests; they are not a general design-folder editor.

Templates

Legacy template paths can redirect to the quote flow. A template-help link does not prove an embedded template gallery or artwork editor is available.

My Orders

Open My Orders, choose an order and read its requested action and recorded status. Tracking information depends on the fulfillment evidence provided; not every order has a courier code.

Settings

Profile includes account security, personal-data export/erasure and device sessions. Its general profile Save button is currently disabled and email is read-only. Preferences displays notification, language and theme controls, but its Save button is also disabled. A visible draft control is not a persisted account setting.

Design Studio

Current PDF Tools inspects and prepares an existing PDF. It differs from the artwork editor described in older material; use your source design application for text, image and layout corrections. The workflow canvas configures processing steps rather than creating artwork from scratch.

Studio Interface

Start from PDF Tools or Preflight. Select a file, choose the relevant operation/profile, review evidence and inspect any generated output before downloading or sharing it. A local file selection does not automatically authorize a server upload or an order attachment.

Panel Descriptions

AreaPurpose
PDF previewInspect pages, fit/zoom and navigate findings
Findings/reportRead measured facts, severity, scope and unresolved evidence
Workflow canvasConfigure the processing steps supported by that flow
Output controlsReview and download/share the specific produced artifact

Read each operation's scope. A preview, workflow receipt or PDF/X declaration is not a certified proof or automatic production release. Commercial/book browser profiles can run their mapped full checks; a packaging baseline must disclose checks not run. Unknown evidence does not become a pass.

Safe Suggestions and Routing Decisions

  1. Read the selected profile, file identity, findings and checks that could not be measured.
  2. Review an offered repair's scope and resulting output; a suggestion is not a correction already applied.
  3. Make source-file content, missing-font or image corrections in the source application and upload a new PDF. Do not blindly apply general colour conversion or transparency flattening.
  4. Recheck the current output and route unresolved evidence for printer/RIP review. The result alone is not production, payment or customer approval.

Quick Actions

Quote availability and timing are not guaranteed. Accepting an eligible offer starts an order flow; payment/credit, current files, requested proof and production handoff remain separate requirements.

Mobile Compatibility

The interface adapts to available screen space. A larger screen is useful for detailed PDF inspection and complex workflow configuration; screen size alone does not grant or remove permissions. Device memory, browser features, keyboard availability and the operation's resource limits affect what can complete. Check actual results on the device you use.

Browser Compatibility

Use a current browser and follow the tool's feature or resource refusal. This guide does not assert unverified minimum version numbers for Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. An admitted file may still exceed decoding, memory or deadline budgets. Do not treat a browser failure as permission to upload it elsewhere automatically.

Test Your Knowledge

  • Workspace selection changes context; active membership and effective permissions still decide access.
  • Producer registration starts a candidate, not an activated production account.
  • A clean file check and payment readiness are different from production release.
  • Changing a disabled-save preference does not persist the choice.

Tips

Use the sidebar context selector to choose personal or an available organization workspace. Producer areas require current role status and access; a supplier-type label alone is insufficient. With the PDF preview focused, 0 fits page and W fits width. Use Contact with the relevant request reference when a route or access state needs review.
