Quick Overview
The Auto-Bid system submits automated price quotes on behalf of eligible print shops, around the clock, within their approved price and review policies.
How It Works
1. Creating a Request
The Buyer creates a print request (RFQ) on the Marketplace, entering the product type, quantity, paper and print specifications.
2. Intelligent Matching
The system scans for the most suitable suppliers based on the request's specifications (e.g. 85×55 mm business cards, 350 gsm coated stock). Only print shops with the capacity to produce that product are selected.
3. Price Calculation and Quoting
Using each selected supplier's approved cost profile and pricing policy, the system prepares a customer-safe price quote. Internal cost details stay visible only to supplier or admin roles.
4. Instant Result
If the price falls within the supplier's defined safety margins, the system automatically presents an Official Quote. The customer sees the quotes immediately after creating the request — notified with a "Great News!" alert.
