Profile Management
How do I update my profile information?
Update Profile
- Click the profile icon in the top right
- Select the Settings menu
- Go to the Profile tab
- Edit your information
- Click the Save button
Information you can update:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo
- Company details
- Language preference
Email change: A verification code will be sent to your new email address.
How do I change my profile photo?
Update Photo
- Settings → Profile
- Hover over the current photo
- Click Change Photo
- Upload a new photo or use the camera
- Crop and adjust the photo
- Save
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
Maximum size: 5 MB
Recommended size: 400×400 px

Password Management
How do I change my password?
Change Password
- Settings → Security
- Go to the "Change Password" section
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (twice)
- Click Update Password
Strong password criteria:
- At least 8 characters
- Upper and lower case letters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)
Security: When your password is changed, you will be logged out of all devices.

What emails do I receive?
Email categories:

Setting Email Preferences
- Settings → Notifications → Email
- Toggle the desired categories on/off
- Set frequency (immediate, daily, weekly)
- Save
Organisation Management
Can I have more than one account?
Yes! Two account types:
- Individual Account: Personal projects
- Organisation Account: Team collaboration
Create an Organisation
- Select Organisations from the left menu
- Click + New Organisation
- Enter the organisation name
- Invite members
- Assign roles
How do I switch between organisations?
In the organisation selector at the top left:
- Click the current organisation name
- Select another organisation from the dropdown
- The switch happens automatically
Quick switch: Ctrl/Cmd + K → type "Switch org"

How do I change my language preference?
Change Language
- Settings → Preferences
- Find the "Language" section
- Select your language from the dropdown
- The page refreshes automatically

How do I switch between dark and light mode?
Method 1: Quick toggle
- Click the moon/sun icon in the top right corner
Method 2: Settings
- Settings → Appearance
- Select a theme (Light, Dark, System)
