Supplier Access
This guide explains how print shops join the marketplace during the current staged launch.
Supplier access at launch
Supplier access is no longer tied to the old enterprise-plus-addon model.
Instead, a supplier needs:
- an approved organisation
- the right supplier marketplace entitlement for the organisation
- a completed supplier profile
- matching category / service-area setup
In the current launch phase, supplier operations usually start through Starter onboarding. More advanced supplier capabilities may still appear as pilot, coming soon or contact sales depending on rollout state.
Minimum requirements
| Requirement | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Approved organisation | Marketplace supplier access is granted at organisation level |
| Supplier entitlement | Determines whether RFQs, quoting and related supplier tools are live |
| Completed profile | Needed for matching, visibility and trust |
| Category and region setup | Ensures you receive the right RFQs |
What a live supplier setup includes
- viewing eligible RFQs
- sending manual quotes
- managing your supplier profile
- handling quote follow-up in the current launch workflow
What may still be staged
Depending on your package and rollout state, some supplier capabilities can remain gated:
- auto-bid
- deeper workflow automation
- advanced analytics
- expanded operational controls
