Track your orders step by step and access delivery information.
Order Statuses
| Status | Description | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting Confirmation | Payment and confirmation | 1–2 hours |
| Preparing | Production | 1–5 days |
| Quality Control | QC check | 0.5–1 day |
| Shipped | Courier | 1–7 days |
| Delivered | Reached address | — |

You receive an email and notification for every status change.
Order Tracking
Real-Time Tracking
- Go to the My Orders page
- Click on the order you want to track
- View the stages in the Details tab
- Use the Tracking Code for shipment tracking

⏱ Delivery Times
Standard Delivery:

- 💰 Additional fee: 50–100 TL
