When you select bank transfer as your payment method, your order is held in "Awaiting Payment" status. After making the transfer, you can speed up the process by uploading your receipt.
Step-by-Step Payment Process
1. Placing the Order
When you confirm a quote, select "Bank Transfer / EFT" as the payment method.
2. Receiving the Bank Details
Once the order is created, the official NowToPrint bank details are dynamically displayed on your order summary and order detail pages:

Always include your order number in the transfer reference. This ensures your payment is verified quickly by our operations team.
3. Making the Transfer
Transfer the amount via your bank branch, online banking, or mobile app.
4. Uploading the Receipt (Recommended)
After making the transfer:
- Go to the My Orders page
- Find the relevant order and click "Upload Receipt"
- Upload your receipt in PDF or image format
- Enter the bank name and reference number
5. Verification and Review Process
- When receipt uploaded: The operations team verifies the receipt against bank records during business hours.
- Processing time: Verification is typically completed within 1–4 hours on business days.
- Weekends and holidays: Reviewed sequentially on the next business day morning.
When your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email and in-app notification. Your order moves to production review. Production starts only after the file/preflight and required production information gates are also complete. A committed delivery date is calculated from that readiness point; payment confirmation alone does not start the delivery clock.

How long does payment confirmation take?
Our operations team checks your uploaded receipt and bank transactions during business hours, confirming orders within 1–4 hours on average. Uploading a receipt expedites the process.
Can I make a transfer at the weekend?
Yes, but bank EFT transactions do not process at the weekend. They will be processed on Monday morning.
I sent the wrong amount — what should I do?
Please contact our support team. For a shortfall, an additional payment will be arranged; for an overpayment, a refund will be processed.
Why is uploading the receipt recommended?
Uploading the receipt significantly shortens the payment confirmation time and prevents potential issues.
