Pilot Payment Methods

The live pilot does not collect payment inside the platform. Its job is to move a selected quote into a controlled order workflow.

Card payment is not part of the live pilot. The platform collects the payment and pays the print shop after delivery, minus commission.

Methods used during the pilot

• Bank transfer
• Open account
• Proforma or invoice-based payment
• Manual payment approval by operations

The exact method is agreed per order between the buyer, print shop, and NowToPrint operations team.

How the method is chosen

After the buyer accepts a quote, the order is created and the buyer, print shop, and NowToPrint operations team confirm the applicable payment method. Production cannot begin before payment approval and the separate file and production-readiness gates.
