1. Standard Delivery (Free)
- Duration: 3–5 business days
- Coverage: All of Turkey
- Cost: Free for orders of ₺500 and above
- Ideal: Orders without urgent deadlines

2. Express Delivery
- Duration: 1–2 business days
- Coverage: Major cities
- Cost: +₺50–150 (based on weight)
- Ideal: Urgent needs
3. Same-Day Delivery
- Duration: 6–8 hours
- Coverage: Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir (selected areas)
- Cost: +₺200–300
- Condition: Orders placed by 14:00
- Ideal: Very urgent situations
Note: Same-day delivery is available on business days only and in selected areas. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

- Duration: When ready (notified)
- Coverage: Partner courier branches
- Cost: Free
- Ideal: Flexible collection hours
5. International Shipping
- Duration: 5–15 days (varies by country)
- Coverage: 150+ countries
- Cost: Calculated (weight + destination)

When your order is shipped:

Shipment Statuses

- 🚚 Shipped: Handed to courier
- 🏭 At Transfer Hub: At intermediate point
- 🏠 Out for Delivery: Courier en route
- ✅ Delivered: Reached the recipient
After receiving your tracking number, it may take 2–4 hours to appear in the courier's system.
Delivery Issues
Address Not Found
- The courier will call you
- If unreachable, the parcel is returned to the branch
- You can request re-delivery or collect from the branch within 3 days
Delivery Refused
- The parcel is returned to the branch
- Contact support to arrange re-delivery
- An additional shipping fee may apply
Damaged Parcel
- If damage is noticed at delivery, refuse to accept the parcel
- Document with photographs
- Notify our support team immediately
- A reprint or refund process will be initiated
Important: In the event of a damaged parcel, it is important to have the courier official record a damage report. This is required for a swift resolution.
Insurance and Guarantee
Automatic Insurance
- All orders are automatically dispatched with shipping insurance
- Covers loss and damage
- No additional charge
- Insured up to the order value
Exclusions
Situations not covered by insurance:
- Issues caused by incorrect address
- Damage after delivery
- Recipient refuses to accept the parcel
- Force majeure (natural disasters, etc.)
